Descending into the photon sphere, where gravity is so strong that only light can travel in circular orbits. The black hole's enormous gravity bends light and drags space along with it.
You look down into the vast emptiness, no light emitted from below can ever reach you. The sky you once knew is now behind you and as you circle the black hole, it appears to move in strange ways.
Still below is the event horizon. Where all paths are warped so as to fall further into the hole. Once inside the horizon, moving into the hole is as inevitable as moving forward in time. A distant observer will never actually see you reach the horizon. Instead, while approaching the hole, you will seem to go ever more slowly, almost freezing in time. Nobody really knows what it looks like inside a black hole.
Dedicated to the deeply missed Natalie Christopher and Raffaele D'Ascanio.
Warm bass lines, self oscillating filters, morphing ambiences and glitchy percussions, all designed using modular synthesizers. This sample pack contains 66 one-shot samples and 109 loops recorded in 24bit 44.1KHz WAV format.
